How does the MOD cleaning service work?
MOD cleaning services provide fractional employment of Cleaners to households only at a time and date the homeowner needs the cleaning service. It allows clients to have clean homes without the need to employ a full-time, stay-in maid. This is more cost-efficient in the long run, apart from being safer because the client-cleaner relationship is maintained at a professional distance and the cleaning lady has no free access to the home when the homeowner is not at home.
How are the fees computed?
For a studio unit MOD charges begin at Php 800 per cleaning for the smallest unit, which is 15 square meters. There is an additional 40 pesos per square meter. So, if it is 28 square meters, that's 800 pesos basic charge + 520 pesos for the additional 13 square meters which amounts to 1,320 cleaning fee.
Fees for the Party Staff and Kitchen Staff are variable, depending on client specifications.
Will MOD cleaners be bringing their own cleaning equipment?
At present, MOD only provides manpower for the cleaning service because most clients prefer to use their own cleaning implements for hygienic reasons. However, in the next phase launch our accredited cleaning ladies will provide an option to bring in cleaning equipments at a minimal additional cost.
